Abdominal Strengthening Class!

Time additions! See below.

Whether you are pre- or post-surgical (or no surgery at all), make sure your abdominal muscles are working in coordination with everything else.

This can make a profound difference in belly comfort, digestion, and overall ease of movement.

What happens in class?

Jessica teaching

Jessica starts the first class with an introduction to the core muscles.

Then, as she begins the assessment time, you’ll learn about your own breath and abdominal muscle coordination.

After that, you’ll receive individualized exercises to help yourself move forward.

This all takes about 30 minutes, and you are welcome to stay for the full hour to continue to practice and fine-tune. In fact, we encourage that!

Follow-Up Time

If you’ve already done your initial assessment class, Follow-Up time is for you!

Follow-up is where past students come to:

  • Practice what you learned in your first class
  • Get answers to burning questions that have come up as you practice at home
  • Fine-tune
  • Get additional feedback and instruction.
