SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
If you are an existing client, you can cancel or change your appointment through the Patient Portal up to 24 hours before your appointment. Contact us to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. You may be charged the full price of your session for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show.

Tuesday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm; 1st & 3rd Saturdays
PRICING
We currently accept the following insurances:
- Medicare (no advantage plans, “straight” Medicare only)
- Medicaid (open card, if you have not yet been assigned a CCO)
- Trillium
- We will update this page as more options become available
If you do not have one of these insurances:
- We accept cash, check, and card (including HSA card) at the time of your appointment. All time-of-service payments include a 20% discount from the prices listed below.
- If you have Medicaid (in any form), we cannot see you as a cash-pay client. We can only see you as an insurance-based client.
- While we verify insurance before your appointment, we do not make any guarantees that insurance will pay your claim.
- If we cannot bill your insurance company, we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not guarantee your insurance will reimburse you.

New Client Provider Visit (60 min): $337.50
Follow-Up Provider Visit (per each 15 min): $84.38

New Client Visit (60 min) – $200
45-Minute Follow-Up – $150
30-Minute Follow-Up – $100
